I only tried on in bridal shop and at home. Purchased off rack, so has been tried on in bridal stop by others.
Decided on another style gown that was more fitting for the venue.
No alterations - as I did not use for my wedding.

Did not come with belt, but has small loops.
Its a sample, so some signs of wear from being tried on.
